Errin Williamson shares her photo at a Dubbo Slide Night
Q: Describe your photo.
My family on our porch during lockdown. Matching-ish outfits thrown together from a laundry bag in the car.
Q: Why did you choose it?
Because life was chaotic then—business, work, childcare all over the place. A friend came by taking “porch portraits.” It was a tiny moment of joy in a tough time. My daughter loved it. My husband, who hates photos, loved it too.
Q: What do you feel when you look at it now?
Happy—but also reminded to slow down. That moment taught me we can create happiness for our kids by simply giving time and attention. We can do that more often.
